Purpose of the website
This website (willbo.es) is informative. It presents the marine and industrial engineering services of Willbo Engineering 2 Build S.L., its products (CAPCO2, holö) and its corporate identity. It does not sell goods or services online. The CAPCO2 calculator is a public estimation tool, not a binding offer.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, graphic design, source code, project descriptions, the CAPCO2 brand, the holö brand and the willbö brand — belongs to Willbo Engineering 2 Build S.L. or to authorised third parties. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation requires prior written authorisation, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Liability
willbö makes reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Technical figures (kg CO₂, kW, MTPD, AiP, classification) are indicative; engineering decisions must be backed by a signed engineering contract and the corresponding stamped deliverables. willbö is not liable for content on third-party websites linked from this site.
Applicable law & jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the courts of Vigo (Pontevedra), waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Data is not sold and is not shared except with: (a) IT service providers acting as data processors under contract (hosting, email, CRM); (b) tax authorities, courts and supervisory bodies when legally required. Where any provider is located outside the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may exercise — at any time and free of charge — your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as withdraw a previously given consent, by writing to willbo@willbo.es with a copy of an identifying document. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been properly addressed.
Security
willbö applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted transit (HTTPS), access control, role-based permissions, controlled backups and access logging on engineering data. Suspected breaches are notified within 72h to the supervisory authority and to affected parties when required.

04 · Integrated management
Management policy.
willbö is built around an integrated quality, environment and information-security management system, aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 principles, and adapted to the marine and industrial engineering context we work in (class societies, AiP, PERTE Naval programmes).
Our commitments
01 · Engineering quality
Deliverables are stamped, traceable and reviewed against client requirements, applicable rules (SOLAS, MARPOL, IGC/IGF, EU MRV, FuelEU Maritime) and class notations. Internal peer review on every deliverable; nothing leaves the office unread.
02 · Environment
Our products exist to reduce the environmental footprint of the maritime and industrial sectors: CAPCO2 captures CO₂ on board; our biomass, biomethane, eMeOH and green-NH₃ projects displace fossil energy. Internally, we minimise paper, prefer remote-first reviews where engineering allows it, and segregate waste at both offices.
03 · Information security
Engineering data — drawings, calculations, NDA-protected client material — is stored on access-controlled systems, with role-based permissions, controlled backups and access logging. NDAs are signed before any technical exchange.
04 · People
Equal opportunities, no harassment, and continuous training as a default. We hire in Vigo and Mumbai under formal contracts, with the relevant social-security framework in each country. Every team member is briefed on this policy and on the integrated management system.
05 · Continuous improvement
Targets are reviewed annually by the directors. Non-conformities, complaints and lessons learned feed a corrective-action log. We measure: on-time delivery, internal review pass rate, client NPS, billable / engineering-hours ratio, and number of incidents on information security.
Scope
Marine engineering services (concept, basic, detail, production), industrial engineering services, the CAPCO2 product line, the holö platform, and any PERTE Naval / public-funded programme willbö participates in.
